Shipping and Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 12, 2026
Last Updated: September 12, 2026

This Shipping and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Caribbean Biogenics, a brand operated by Lagrange Life Sciences LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this Policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Shipping Availability

At launch, Caribbean Biogenics accepts online orders for delivery within Trinidad and Tobago only.

Availability, delivery charges and delivery times may differ between Trinidad, Tobago and other serviced locations. A delivery address appearing in the checkout system does not guarantee that we can fulfill an order to that address.

We may add or remove delivery territories, methods or service areas after confirming applicable operational, regulatory and payment-processing requirements.

  1. Fulfillment Location

Orders are presently stored, prepared and dispatched from Trinidad and Tobago.

Our Miami address is used for authorized business correspondence. It is not a fulfillment center, retail location, collection point or returns facility.

Customers must not send products or returns to the Miami address or to any supplier, laboratory or manufacturer. Any authorized return instructions will be provided directly by Caribbean Biogenics.

  1. Order Processing

Order processing begins after:

Payment has been successfully authorized.

Required customer information has been received.

Any necessary identity, age, fraud or compliance review has been completed.

The order has been accepted by Caribbean Biogenics.

Processing and delivery estimates shown on the Website are estimates rather than guarantees.

Orders submitted on weekends, public holidays or after the applicable daily processing time may begin processing on the next business day.

We may delay, limit or cancel an order because of product availability, payment review, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, prohibited intended use, delivery limitations or legal and payment-processor requirements.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.

  1. Delivery Methods and Estimates

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery periods will be displayed during checkout or communicated in the order confirmation.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and handed to the delivery provider. They do not begin at the time the order is initially submitted.

Delivery may be delayed by:

Severe weather or natural events.

Public holidays or service interruptions.

Security conditions.

Transportation problems.

Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Governmental or regulatory action.

Events outside our reasonable control.

Where tracking is available, the customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment and making reasonable arrangements to receive it.

  1. Customer Address and Contact Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate:

Recipient name.

Delivery address.

Billing address.

Telephone number.

Email address.

Any delivery instructions reasonably required to complete the order.

Caribbean Biogenics is not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by materially inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has begun.

Additional delivery or redirection expenses caused by customer-provided errors may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

  1. Receipt of Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to receive the shipment where required.

Proof of age, identification or signature may be required before an order is released.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, risk of loss transfers when the shipment is delivered to the address supplied by the customer.

If a customer authorizes unattended delivery, delivery to another person or delivery to an alternative location, risk transfers when the delivery provider records completion at the authorized location.

  1. Failed, Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

A customer may be responsible for reasonable redelivery costs if a shipment cannot be delivered because:

The address was incorrect or incomplete.

The recipient was unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts.

The shipment was refused without a legally valid reason.

Required identification or proof of age was not provided.

The customer failed to collect or arrange receipt of the shipment.

Refunds are not guaranteed for refused, abandoned or unclaimed shipments. Any refund approved in these circumstances may be reduced by unrecoverable delivery, return or processing costs, subject to applicable law.

  1. Delayed, Missing or Incorrectly Marked Deliveries

A temporary delay or an inaccurate tracking update does not necessarily mean that a shipment has been lost.

If an order has not arrived within the communicated delivery period, contact us at enquiries@caribbeanbiogenics.com with the order number and delivery details.

We may contact the delivery provider, request additional information or require a reasonable investigation period before approving a remedy.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should promptly:

Check the delivery address entered on the order.

Check with other occupants or authorized recipients.

Inspect the delivery area.

Contact the delivery provider where appropriate.

Contact Caribbean Biogenics with the order number and relevant details.

  1. Optional Shipment Protection

Caribbean Biogenics may offer optional Shipment Protection during checkout.

When offered, the applicable price, coverage, exclusions and claim procedure will be displayed or linked before purchase. Coverage applies only when Shipment Protection was selected and paid for as part of the applicable order.

Shipment Protection does not cover:

An incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

A shipment intentionally refused or abandoned by the customer.

Customer misuse or prohibited use.

Improper handling or storage after delivery.

Fraudulent, misleading or unsupported claims.

Events expressly excluded by the coverage terms displayed at checkout.

Shipment Protection does not replace or reduce rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Order Cancellations

Contact enquiries@caribbeanbiogenics.com immediately if you wish to request cancellation.

Cancellation is not guaranteed after payment has been authorized or fulfillment has begun. An order cannot ordinarily be canceled after dispatch.

If cancellation is approved before dispatch, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  1. Change-of-Mind Returns

Because research compounds may be sealed, sensitive, temperature-dependent or unsuitable for resale after leaving our control, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after dispatch unless required by law.

Products must not be returned without prior written authorization and return instructions from Caribbean Biogenics.

  1. Damaged, Incorrect, Missing or Defective Items

Inspect the order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 72 hours after delivery.

Your claim should include:

The order number.

A clear description of the issue.

Photographs or video showing the product and packaging.

A photograph of the delivery label.

The batch or lot number, where applicable.

Any additional information reasonably required to investigate the claim.

Do not discard, alter, open unnecessarily or return the affected product or packaging until we provide instructions.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer an appropriate replacement, store credit or refund. The available remedy will depend on the circumstances, product condition and applicable law.

If Caribbean Biogenics supplied the wrong item or an item arrived damaged because of our error, we will bear reasonable replacement-delivery costs.

The 72-hour reporting period does not eliminate any nonwaivable right relating to a defect that could not reasonably have been discovered during initial inspection.

  1. Product Quality Concerns

If you believe a product does not correspond with its label, batch information or published Certificate of Analysis, stop handling the product and contact us immediately.

Retain the vial, packaging, label, batch information and relevant documentation. We may request photographs, testing information or return of the product to an authorized location for investigation.

Do not send a disputed product to a laboratory, supplier or third party on behalf of Caribbean Biogenics without our written authorization.

A Certificate of Analysis applies only to the batch or lot identified in the document and does not guarantee suitability for a particular research protocol or outcome.

  1. Improper Handling and Storage

Refunds, replacements or credits may be denied where damage or deterioration resulted from:

Failure to follow documented storage instructions.

Improper handling after delivery.

Contamination after opening.

Unauthorized alteration or repackaging.

Repeated temperature cycling.

Use beyond an applicable storage period.

Human or veterinary use.

Another prohibited or unlawful application.

Customers are responsible for implementing appropriate laboratory handling and storage procedures after delivery.

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method in United States dollars.

After we initiate a refund, the customer’s bank, card issuer or payment processor controls how long it takes to appear in the customer’s account.

If a customer’s card is denominated in another currency, exchange-rate movements may cause the local-currency amount credited to differ from the amount originally converted by the card issuer.

Caribbean Biogenics is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or foreign transaction charges imposed by the customer’s financial institution unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact enquiries@caribbeanbiogenics.com before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this Policy removes a customer’s legal right to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise lawfully disputable transaction.

Knowingly submitting false information, retaining products while falsely claiming nonreceipt or using the chargeback process fraudulently may result in account suspension, refusal of future service and lawful recovery action.

  1. Future International Delivery

If delivery is later offered outside Trinidad and Tobago, the recipient may be responsible for:

Confirming that the product may lawfully be imported and possessed.

Obtaining required permits or authorizations.

Paying customs duties, taxes and clearance expenses.

Providing information required by customs or the delivery provider.

International shipments may be delayed, inspected, refused or seized by governmental authorities. Destination-specific terms will be added before international delivery is activated.

  1. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy when delivery methods, service areas, products, processors or legal requirements change.

The current version and revision date will appear on this page. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
