Order Support
When contacting us about an order, please include:
Your full name.
The email address used for the order.
Your order number.
The product name and batch or lot number, where applicable.
A clear description of the issue.
Photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label if reporting damage, an incorrect item or a quality concern.
Please do not send complete card numbers, card security codes, account passwords or banking credentials by email.
Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Orders are presently fulfilled and dispatched from Trinidad and Tobago.
If you need assistance with delivery, a damaged shipment, an incorrect product or a possible return, contact us before sending anything.
Do not send products or returns to our Miami correspondence address, a supplier, testing laboratory or manufacturer. Any authorized return instructions will be provided directly by Caribbean Biogenics.
Claims involving damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially different orders should be submitted within 72 hours after delivery, as described in our Shipping and Refund Policy.
Research Use and Product Enquiries
Products identified as Research Use Only are supplied exclusively for legitimate laboratory, analytical or in vitro research. They are not intended or authorized for human or veterinary use.
Caribbean Biogenics does not provide medical advice or guidance concerning human or animal dosage, administration, injection, treatment, diagnosis, weight management, performance enhancement or therapeutic use.
We may assist with product specifications, batch documentation, Certificates of Analysis and handling information contained in official product documentation.
Communications indicating intended human use, veterinary use or another prohibited purpose may result in the refusal or cancellation of an order or restriction of an account.
Product Quality or Safety Concerns
If you believe a product has been damaged, contaminated, incorrectly labeled or otherwise compromised, stop handling it, isolate it safely and contact us promptly.
Include the product name, batch or lot number, order number, photographs and relevant storage or delivery information. Do not discard the product or packaging until we have reviewed the matter.
If accidental exposure, ingestion or a medical emergency may have occurred, contact local emergency services or an appropriately qualified medical professional immediately. Do not rely on email for emergency assistance.
Privacy Requests
For requests concerning access, correction or deletion of personal information, email enquiries@caribbeanbiogenics.com with the subject “Privacy Request.”
We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before processing a privacy request.
